AireT
This is our patented low air loss pillow which is the only low air loss pillow on the market specifically designed to protect the face while in the prone position. This is used with the ProneAire (platform for ICU) or ProneAire-S (platform for surgery) platforms.
ProneAire
The ProneAire platform by ProneSense enables the conversion of standard hospital beds into proning beds. By eliminating costly rental expenses associated with proning beds that lack the latest low air loss technology for pressure wound prevention, our platform offers a superior solution. With our platform, patients can be safely positioned in the prone position without interrupting the respiratory circuit, ensuring the spine remains in a neutral position and preventing kinking of the endotracheal tube. Additionally, the platform allows medical staff to easily visualize the patient’s face, monitor the endotracheal tube, and perform necessary suctioning when required.
BodyAire
This specialized pillow utilizes low air loss technology to safeguard the skull against pressure injuries in immobilized patients. BodyAire can also be positioned under the calves to elevate the heels and mitigate the risk of pressure injuries. Additionally, BodyAire proves beneficial for patients already experiencing stage I or II pressure injuries on the heel. Moreover, in the case of hypoxemic respiratory failure caused by pneumonia, the pillow can aid patients in self-proning as a treatment measure.
Studies demonstrate up to a 33% reduction in mortality with prone ventilation when used for refractory hypoxemic respiratory failure.
